RTMC Composition
In terms with Section 5 of the Road Traffic Management Corporation Act, No. 20 of 1999, the RTMC consists of:
- The Shareholders Committee
- The Minister and every Provincial MEC responsible for traffic and/or transport, and two representatives of the South African Local Government Association (SALGA)
- The CEO
- The Board
- The Functional Managers
- Staff (professionals, technical, administration and support staff)
